Core Movement

Core Movement is our signature 45-minute class. This mat-based, low-impact class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll utilize your body’s own resistance while incorporating a mix of soft kettlebells and anti-slip dumbbells. We limit each class to 10 spots and our small class philosophy ensures personalized attention to each member. 

All equipment and mats are provided. Grip socks are required for class. Bring your grip socks or purchase a pair in studio.
